Funeral will be Monday for Nina Marie Bailey, 2565 Winner Road, Hermitage, formerly of 306 Maple Way, Sharon. She died at 5:50 p.m. Thursday (2-13-97) in the hospital of Sharon Regional Health System. She was 79. Mrs. Bailey was born April 15, 1917, in Erie, Ill, to Daniel L. and Etha M. Wohrley Charles. A 1936 graduate of Sharon High School, she was last employed by Imperial Cleaners, Sharon. She previously was a beautician with Fitzpatrick Beauty Shop, Sharon. She married Nelson Edward Bailey, Sept. 28, 1940. She was a former member of the Hermitage Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Sharon. Surviving besides her husband are: two daughters, Mrs. David (Nancy) Taylor, Sharon; and Mrs. Robert (Janice) Hart II, Fayetteville, NC; two sons, Edward C. Bailey, Hermitage; and Harold R. Bailey, Brookfield; two sisters, R. Irene Wiesen, Sharon and M. Cecelia Hinkle, Tucson, Ariz.; two brothers, Robert E. Charles, Greenville; and Howard L. Charles, Cortland, Ohio; 11 grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, John Charles.
