MARION - Thomas Wendell Snipes, 73, died Sunday, January 31, 2016 at home after an illness. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at Spring Branch Cemetery, directed by Richardson Funeral Home of Marion.
Mr. Snipes was born in Marion, a son of the late Thomas Earl Snipes and Irene Rogers Snipes. He is also predeceased by his wife, Kathy McIntosh Snipes.
Mr. Snipes worked in Car Sales.
Surviving are his son, Thomas Wendell Snipes, Jr. of Tampa, FL; daughters Cindy Snipes Fitzgerald (Rick) of Concord, NC, and Angela Kathryn Snipes of Elgin, SC; brother, Larry Snipes of Georgia; and grandchildren Kathryn Ann Fitzgerald and Allen Joseph Fitzgerald.
