Graveside service 2 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 16, at Cumberland Cemetery, rural Augusta. Violet was born in May, Okla., on Dec. 4, 1919, to the late Ada Lenora (Hecox) and Ernest Valentine Snook. She was a cook and housekeeper at AMCI in Augusta. On Oct. 5, 1934 she was married to James C. Caudle in Hulbert, Okla. He preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her sons, Jimmie, and Chester; daughter, Margaret Minick.
