Alex Walker Rites Slated This Saturday
After an illness of six weeks, Alexander Walker, 82, resident of the Choteau community since 1913, passed away yesterday. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 this Saturday afternoon at the Trinity Lutheran church. Burial will be in Choteau cemetery.
Walker was born Nov. 6, 1867, at Malad City, Idaho. In 1913 he settled on his place five miles west of Choteau. He married Mary Emma Case on Feb. 2, 1911, at Lamont, Idaho, and from the marriage a daughter, now Fredona Kregness, was born.
Surviving the deceased are his wife and daughter. Charles A. Walker has also lived with the family for many years.
