A fourth source setting her death in Dec 1912 is the newspaper article shown on the Find A Grave record. It is from the Marysville Republican (Marysville, OH) published 10 Jan 1913. The headline reports that Celia died in California.
I don't think that these four separate sources could be wrong about the year, especially since they are a year BEFORE the date you have posted.
