(aka Hannah, Hannie)
Wife of Ignatz Hartman
emigrated: Sept., 1895, ship: Persia

Mother of:
Benjamin 1892-1962,
Lena (Lillian) Hartman Landsberg 1896-1981,
Isaac (Irving) 1902-1967 and
Milton 1903-1977.

Anna seems to like to lie about her age, so her real age is somewhere in the middle. On documents her dob ranges from 1868-1875.
1-1895 on manifest-1869.
2- 1900 census-1875.
3- 1910 census-1868.
4-1915 census-1870.
5-Ignatz's application for citizenship in 1917 says my wife's name is Denner.
6-1920 census-1872.
7- 1925 census-1870.
8-1930 census-1875.
9- Death certificate says she was 80 and died in1953, so it means she was born in 1873. It says father's name is Cohen. The informant was her son Milton. Tombstone has the same information.
I'm thinking that maybe Anna was a widow when she married Ignatz and her married name was Diener and her maiden name was Cohen. Too bad I don't have their marriage certificate. Maybe son Benjamin was from her first marriage.

*Death certificate lists mother as Esther Malka and last name of father as Cohen*
