Mrs. Walter (Catharine) Genz, 69, of 1202 Fifth Ave., Antigo, died Tuesday, Feb. 15, at Antigo.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Zion Lutheran Church, Wayside. The Rev. Gerald Wittmaier will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Genz, nee Catharine Steffel, was born May 30, 1913, in the Town of Franklin, daughter of the late Joseph and Anna Hynek Steffel. She was married to Walter Genz Sr. Oct 23, 1935, at Wayside.
Survivors include her husband, five sons and daughters-in-law, Donald and Evelyn of Kewaunee, Walter Jr. and Florence of Greenleaf, John and Wilma and Herbert and Robin of Antigo and Edwin and Diane of Maribel; two brothers, Louis Steffel of Manitowoc and Charles Steffel of Florida; five sisters, Mrs. Emma Pariz of California, Mrs. Jack (Clara) McDonald and Mrs. Agnes Livingston of Chicago, Mrs. Beatrice Sommerfield of Arizona and Mrs. Leslie (Lillian) Wenzel of Reedsville, 19 grandchildren, six step-grandchildren and two step great grandchildren.
A son, Rudolph, a granddaughter, a sister and two brothers preceded her in death.
