Mrs. Eva Maciejunas
Mrs. Eva Maciejunas, died Sunday at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Chowanes, 237 West Lloyd Street, Shenandoah. She resided with her daughter after the death of her husband, John, in 1950.
The former Eva Kuskelus, she was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Kuskelus and was a member of St. George's Church, the Rosary and Sacred Heart societies and St. Casimir's Ladies Auxiliary.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Joseph (Anna) Chowanes at the residence; Mrs. Walter (Mary) Sideravage, Shenandoah and Mrs. Peter (Nellie) Baker, Philadelphia.
There are six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral Wednesday at 8:30 from Oravitz Home for Funerals, Mass 9 a.m. St. George's Church, followed by interment in parish cemetery.
Viewing 2 to 10 Tuesday J. A. Oravitz and Sons have charge.

Mrs. Eva Macienunas
Funeral rites for Mrs. Eva Macienunas, 237 West Lloyd Street, Shenandoah, were held from the Oravitz Home for Funerals with Rev. Leo Lennick officiating.
Requiem Mass was celebrated in St. George's Church. Father Lennick was celebrant and also administered the final blessing and committal rites at the grave.
Bible services were held at the funeral home Tuesday. Rosemary Yanushefski, organist played responses and hymns during the parish attended the viewing and funeral.
Pallbearers were Joseph Chowanes Jr., Edward Chowanes, John Baker, Paul Babinsky, Paul Segvitch, John Lokitis. Burial was in Our Lady of Dawn Cemetery.
J. A. Oravitz and Sons had charge.
We express sincere appreciation for Mass cards, floral tributes, messages of condolence, use of automobiles and other kind acts of personal service in our bereavement, the death of Mrs. Eva Macieunas. Singed Macieunas and Chowanes Families.

There is a relief carving of Jesus crucified hanging on the cross. You can see it pretty clearly in the photo with flowers in front of the gravestone. Sorry I forgot to mention this earlier.
