Barbara was educated in the Unity schools. She had been a resident of Burnham for the past 41 years. She was employed for 32 years by the Northeast Shoe Co., in Pittsfield.
She was a member of the Deeper Life Assembly in Pittsfield. She was also a member of the Carmel Full Gospel Church, Carmel. She was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post Auxiliary, Pittsfield, the Burnham Junior Extension for 25 years and a member of the Unity Volunteer Ambulance Corps Auxiliary.
Survivors include: her husband, Lyle Chadwick of Burnham; four sons, Douglas and Roger Chadwick of Burnham, Frederick Sprague of Burnham Erwin Sprague of California; her father and step-mother, Mr. and Mrs. Alton Reynolds of Detroit; four brothers, Donald Reynolds of St. Albans, Alton Reynolds Jr., and Randall Reynolds both of Unity, Forest Reynolds of Ohio; one grandchild.
Her mother, Olive, and one sister, Mildred Sprague, died previously.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Deeper Life Assembly, Pittsfield. Spring burial will take place in the Village Cemetery, Pittsfield.
