Judy M. Baker, 67, of Brackenridge, died unexpectedly Saturday, May 13, 2006, at home.
Born Feb. 20, 1939, in Harrison, the daughter of the late John and Evelyn Beckwith, she lived in Brackenridge most of her life, before moving to Buffalo Township 15 years ago.
She was a graduate of the former Har-Brack High School.
A homemakerm she was a former member of Center United Methodist Church, Fawn, and enjoyed reading and gardening.
She is survived by a son, John Baker of New Kensington; daughters, Barbara (Clifford) Garris and Rebecca (Timothy) Logan, both of Brackenridge; three sons, Jeffrey (Lydie) Baker of Freeport, Michael Baker and Joseph Baker, both of Natrona; seven grandchildren; a sister, Darla (John) Kelly of Fawn; and a brother, Lonnie (Patty) Beckwith of Virginia.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John F. Baker Jr.; a brother, Loy Beckwith; and a great-grandson, Draven Garris.
Family visitation will be private. Arrangements are by the DUSTER FUNERAL HOME INC., Tenth Avenue at Corbet Street, Tarentum. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a service at 1 p.m. Monday in the chapel of Mt. Airy Cemetery, Natrona Heights. Burial will be in Mt. Airy Cemetery, Natrona Heights.
