Elizabeth Offley Blow was born in the year 1503 in Stafford, Staffordshire, England the daughter of William and Elizabeth Dillorne Offley. She married in 1520 at Stafford Thomas Blow the son of Thomas and Isabel Blow. After the marriage she and her husband Thomas move to Stepney Parish, greater London area where their son Henry was born in 1520.
She died there in the year 1549 at the age of 46.
