Joyce (Rogers) Wagner, 67 went to her eternal home with the Lord on Wed. March 16, 2016. She was predeceased by her loving parents, Harry & Julianna Rogers in 1969 and 2008 respectively. She is survived by her devoted husband of 48 years, Reidar and many friends and family members. Joyce graduated from Binghamton Central High School in 1966 and worked many years as a secretary, a profession she enjoyed very much. In addition to secretarial work, she took great pleasure in homemaking. She was an avid roller skater during her younger years, belonging to skating clubs and participating in many skating competitions.
