He is survived by a daughter, Ella B. Hinton of Fredericksburg; a stepson, Lawrence Johnson of Silver Spring, Md.; three grandchildren; two sisters, Mary Hunter of Montross and Annie Mae Hunter of Delaware; and two stepsisters, Lottie Goodman of Baltimore and Peggy Maiden of Colonial Beach.
A visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, July 25, at Cedell Brooks Memorial Chapel, followed by a service at noon, with the Rev. Dr. Jeffrey Smith officiating. Burial will be in Historyland Memorial Park in King George.
