Born and raised in Burlington, the daughter of the late William and Anna Watchorn, Cecelia was a longtime Hainesport resident. She was a loving mother and grandmother.
The wife of the late Vernon; and the mother of the late Richard, Thomas, and David Budden, Ceceila is survived by two daughters, Pat Hendrickson of Mount Holly and Beverly Gauntt of Hainesport, and four sons, Robert Budden of Silver Springs, Fla., Ronald Budden of Hainesport, Carl Budden of Burlington, and Francis 'Joseph' Budden of Elmer. She also is survived by 33 grandchildren; 54 great-grandchildren; and 16 great-great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, at Perinchief Chapels, 438 High St., Mount Holly. Interment will be in Laurel Cemetery in Burlington. Friends may visit with the family from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, and from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, at the funeral home.
