"MRS. KATIE B. KAUFFMAN
Amityville, Feb. 4.-Katie B., widow of Jacob K. Kauffman, died of pneumonia at her home near here, aged 67 years and 7 days. She was a daughter of the late Abraham and Ruthanna Syphard, and was born in Chester county. Mrs. Kauffman was a member of the Oley Reformed church. A daughter Anna, wife of Calvin Grow, Nebraska, and two sons, J. Abraham and William D., both of Amity township, survive. Also a sister, Fannie, widow of Chas. G. Gross, Wernersville; three brothers, Harlem, Phoeniy(sic x) ville; Henry, Harrisburg, and James, Chester county; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren remain.
Funeral Saturday at 1:30 p. m., from her home. Further services in the Oley Reformed church."
