Morris was my grandfather, born in Dallas,TX, he married Johnnie Pearl (Voyles) when he was 19,
they had five children,
Anne Virginia, Marvin Morris, Jerry Dee, Dennis Ray, Debra Kay.
They divorced later and he remarried Charlene.
His fathers name was John Murrey McCullin and his mother was Susan Rebecca.
His brothers were Alfred, and Roy McCullin of Arizona and a sister Stella Mae McCullin of California, also his brother James Dee McCullin who is buried in the same cemetary as he is. My brother James was named exactly after him.
Morris was a carpenter a trait he passed on to his grandson, James Dee McCullin who is now the proud owner of CCM Custom Cabinets & Wood Interiors of LaMarque, Tx.
He married his second wife Charlene in 1975.
He passed away from emphyzema and hardening of arteries.

His wife Susan Rebecca is buried in Del Rio, TX and she passed giving birth to Stella Mae in 1933. She was born in Childress,TX where she married John. According to my father Jerry McCullin his grandfather John was a college professor, a woman chaser and had 7 wives at one time. Johns grandfather came to USA through Louisiana by boat and is 1/2 black and 1/2 french but this is not confirmed. It is what I was told by my father Jerry.

Alfred was in WWII and is buried in Okla. He was married to Emma Voyles which is Johnnie Pearls sister. He had a daughter Jeanette, mother unknown. He married Lenore in Las Vegas in 1950 and had the following children with her, two daughters, Terry Jane McCullin Mcdaris born in 1951 lives in Okla, Bonnie Jean McCullin Carpenter born 1955 lives in Oklahoma and one son Kenneth Alfred born in 1952 also lives in Olka.
Roy was cremated when he passed and was married to Izell Voyles also Johnnie Pearls sister. Roy was the father of Lois Marie, Her mother is Izell.
James Dee was a good man and had no children and that is all I can remember.
Stella Mae Mccullin Tripp - born in Del Rio,TX and buried in Bakersfield California. Married Jim Tripp. She had Betty Joe Tripp Williams and Audrey Tripp, Jeanette Tripp and sons Jimmy Tripp, Richard Tripp who is deceased from accident on the job, and Danny Tripp deceased of drugs and a deceased daughter Janace Tripp passed at age 13 , cause unknown.
