Miss Mildred Stumbaugh died at 5 o'clock this morning in jane Lamb hospital after an illness of several weeks' duration. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the H.C. Evans home 509 Fourth avenue South, the Rev. A. w. Sinden of the Community church officiating. Burial will be in Oakland cemetery.
Miss Stumbaugh was the daughter of Luther M. and mary Stumbaugh, pioneer residents of Lyons, born in Lancaster, Pa., and coming to Lyons when two years old. She was educated in the Lyons schools and was a member of the Lyons Presbyterian church. Her home was in the family home in Pershing boulevard where she enjoyed a wide circle of friends.
Of her immediate family there are left a brother, John H. Stumbaugh of Rutherford, N. J., and four sisters, Mrs. Jacob Miller and Mrs. L.B. Sears of Thomson, Ill.; Mrs. C.w. Sawyer of Memphis, Tenn., and Mrs. H.C. Evans of Clinton.

Funeral services for Miss Mildred Stumbaugh were held this afternoon in the home of her sister, Mrs. H.C. Evans, 509 Fourth avenue, South. The Rev. A. W. Sinden of the Community church officiated.
Burial was in the Oakland cemetery, pallbearers being George Lollich, Carl Johannsen, Roy Upton, A.L. Holmes, Charles Gabriel and Alexander Patrick.
Mrs. M.W. Locke of Pekin, Ill., was here for the funeral.
