Frank, Jr was 90 years old at the time of his death. He was living at 1622 Oak in Quincy, Illinois. He retired from the Electric Wheel Company after he lost an eye in an accident and he then had a glass eye. Frank became a butcher after the accident and had a grocery store at 7th and Jackson in Quincy. At this time most groceries stores included saloon's and Frank refused to include a saloon, so he did not do to well. The 1900 city Quincy directory list Frank and Mary's address as 1624 Chestnut, and list Frank as a laborer.
Frank's parents died when he was very young and he was raised by his aunts and uncle's along with his two brothers.
