Of The Shelter, Neckinger Depot.
Daughter of William Grey and Charlotte (nee Harris) Mustard and she was a sister to William Grey, Alexander, John, Jenny Grey, Beatrice, Charlotte, Arthur and Lilian Mustard.
Susan married Daniel Belam in Southwark in 1922 and had children Susan Agnes, Daniel and Ronald Belam. The family perished in an enemy air attack at the Town Hall in Spa Road, Bermondsey.
They are remembered on the Civilian War Memorial here at Camberwell New Cemetery (mistakenly listed as Belan). However, their names do not appear on the cemetery burial registers, so it's presumed they are buried elsewhere.
