Imogean Woods Brightwell was born February 21, 1937, in Stillwater, Oklahoma to Ava Woods Baker and Otis Woods. She passed away May 4, surrounded by family at her home in Caddo Mills, Texas. Imogean is survived by her loving husband, Lanny Brightwell; their five children and their spouses: Jim and Nancy Brightwell, Deborah and Chris Brown, Bill and Terri Brightwell, Jeff Brightwell, and Jerry and Jennifer Brightwell, as well as, ten grandchildren and spouses: Sarah Brightwell, Ashley and Jeffrey LaRock, Meghan and Matthew Fenton, Dan and Mia Brown, Martha Brown, Megan and Chris Thompson, Leah Phillips, Josh Brown, Sawyer Brightwell, and Celeste Brightwell, and by her four great-grandchildren: Terra LaRock, Mason Thompson, Morgan Fenton, and Penny Brown. She is also survived by her brothers and their spouses: Bob and Cornell Woods, Don Woods, and Bill and Debbie Baker. Imogean was preceded in death by her parents Ava and Bill Baker and Otis Woods. Imogean will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend to all.
