Mike is also survived by his Wife of 27 years - Sherry (Herman) Slavoff of Battle Creek, Michigan; Three Sisters, Stephanie (Larry) Zoley of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Melanie (Steve) Kent of Battle Creek, MI, Paula (Hank) Wofford of Battle Creek, MI; sister-in-Law, Merilee Anderson and mother-in-law Toni Anderson both of Climax along with many nieces and nephews.
Mike loved his job as an engineer and worked hard at Kellogg for 37 years until his retirement in 2007. He enjoyed racquet ball, golf, photography, boating and flying. He also enjoyed traveling to Kentucky often as well as to northern Michigan. He was a very dynamic and fun loving man who looked out for everyone. He was bigger than life to his family and many life long friends.
Visitation will be held at the Baxter Funeral & Cremation Service, 375 W. Dickman Road, on Saturday May 14, 2016 from 10:30 am to 11:30 am with a Memorial Service immediately following with Pastor James Codde of Bronson Hospice at Home officiating.
