Daughter of Kathryne & the late Frank McGuigan, III; sister of Sandy; niece of Bader Elfstrom. Aunt of Bates (Eric), Bixby, Frank (Pele), and Wade (Jack) Childress; and Lillian S. (Chris) Selle; 7 grandnephews and -nieces. Graduate of Webster Groves HS & Bethany College (KS); MFA Institutio Allende, U of Guanajuato, Mexico.

Dedicated art teacher at Central Inst. for the Deaf (CID) & Metropolitan School; 18 yrs at Riverfront Times; CID Alumni Assoc. pres.; 14 yrs church newsletter editor. Kathy's smile lit up every room. All felt her love through her hugs & cards. Body donated to Wash U Med School.
