GERALD L. ESLINGER
Gerald Eslinger, 22, of 4105 E. Tapawingo Rd., Mishicot, died early Wednesday
evening, September 30, as the result of a traffic accident.
Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday at St. John Evangelical Lutheran
Church, Two Creeks. The Rev. Maurice Hoppe will officiate and burial will be in
Mishicot Public Cemetery.
Mr. Eslinger was born April 8, 1959, son of Lester Eslinger and the late Arlene
Junk Eslinger. He was graduated from Mishicot Community High School with the
Class of 1977, and worked with his father on the home farm.
Survivors include his father and stepmother, Lester and Jeanette Eslinger of
4105 E. Tapawingo Road, Mishicot, two brothers, Michael at home and Ralph of
Green Bay; a sister and brother-in-law, Carol and Russell Slager of Route 2,
Cato; a stepbrother and sister-in-law, Kenneth and Anne Basken of Colona, Ill.;
a stepsister and brother-in-law, Carol and John Van Price of Shawano, his
grandfather, Joseph Junk, a niece and two nephews.
Friends may call at Lambert Funeral Home, Mishicot, after 4 p.m. Friday and at
the church from noon Saturday until the time of service. The casket will remain
closed.
