Mrs. Lilliian Guex, 89, formerly of Route 2, Two Rivers, died Monday evening,
July 7, at Hamilton Memorial Home, Two Rivers.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Lambert Funeral Home and 10:30
a.m. at Holy Cross Catholic Church, Manitowoc (sic). The Rev. Earl Brouchoud
will officiate and burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Mrs. Guex was born Jan. 30, 1891, in the Town of Cooperstown, and was married
to Louis Guex in 1916. He preceded her in death in June, 1957. Mrs. Guex was a
member of Holy Cross Catholic Church, Altar Society of the church and Mishicot
Veterans of Foreign Wars Ladies Auxiliary.
Survivors include three sons, Milton of Route 2, Two Rivers, John of Shawano
and Richard of Mequon; three daughters, Mrs. Leland (Elaine) Anderson and Mrs.
Louise Devereux of Manitowoc and Mrs. Clifford (Jeanette) Beck of Northbrook,
Ill.; a brother, Stanley Graycarek of Manitowoc; a sister, Mrs. Alvin (Phyllis)
Kane of Milwaukee, 13 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. A daughter, a
brother, a sister, two grandsons and a great granddaughter preceded her in
death.
Friends may call at Lambert Funeral Home after 4 p.m. Wednesday, where a Altar
Society Rosary will be at 7:30 p.m. and a parish memorial service at 8 p.m.

The marriage of Lillian Krejcarek and Louis Guex, took place at the Greenstreet Catholic Church in the presence of friends and relatives. The attendants were Miss Guex and Mr. Krejcarek. Both of the young people are well known about here and near Mishicot where they have a great many friends who tender their best wishes. They will take up their residence of Manitowoc. Congratulations go with the happy couple.
