Louise G. Devereux, age 80, of 1235 S. 24th St., Manitowoc, died on Monday,
Sept. 1, 2008, at Shady Lane Nursing Care Center.
Louise was born on March 9, 1928, in Manitowoc County, daughter of the late
Louis and Lillian (Graycarek) Guex. She attended schools in Denmark and Manitowoc,
and graduated from Lincoln High School, Manitowoc, with the class of 1946.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers: Richard Guex and John Guex;
and three sisters: Marion Craft; Jeanette Beck; and Elaine Anderson.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, Sept. 21, 2008, at noon at the Jens
Family Funeral Home & Crematory, 1122 S. 8th St., Manitowoc. Deacon Jim Sustman
will officiate. Burial of her cremated remains will take place at Holy Cross
Cemetery, Mishicot.
Relatives and friends may call from 11 a.m. until the time of services at noon.
The family would like to thank the staff of Homecare Health and Hospice Service
for the compassionate care given to Louise over the past years, and the staff at
Shady Lane Nursing Care Center for their care and kindness during her last months.
