She was born November 21, 1937 in Jasper County, Missouri, to Robert R. & Bernice (Collier) Busby. She retired as a credit manager for Airgas, a welding & gas supply company in Cheyenne.
Phyllis is survived by a son in Missouri, & a daughter of Cheyenne, Six Grandchildren, & three great grandchildren, & three sisters. Two brothers, & her parents, preceeded her in death.
Phyllis was the Mother of two children &
the sister of Raymond Busby & Larry "Buzz" Busby. She was married to William Adams, ending in divorce. Married to Eddie Barker, until his Death, & Elmer Winckler, which ended in divorce. She had lived in Wyoming many years.
