CITY NEWS.
Died, at the residence of her husband, Mrs. Mary Rhem [sic], on Monday morning of consumption. The funeral took place on Tuesday morning, and was attended by a large number of friends and acquaintances. The body was interred in St. Joseph Cemetery. The affected family has the sympathy of the community.

HAPS AND MISHAPS.
Mrs. Charles Rehm died at her home in this city, last Monday morning at seven o'clock. Deceased had been in poor health for a year or more, and during the past five or six months was constantly confined to her room. Consumption was the cause of her death and at times she suffered a great deal but she bore it patiently. Her remains were laid to rest on Tuesday morning in the Catholic cemetery to which place they were followed by many weeping friends. She leaves a husband and four brothers to mourn her death. Charles, the bereaved husband, has the sympathy of the community.
