Carley Edward Bilbrey “Ed”, Jr. age 94, of Harriman, passed away at his home on Thursday, June 23, 2016. He was born in Crossville, TN., and moved to Harriman where he owned and operated Bilbrey Furniture Store for many years. Ed was a veteran of WWII, serving in the Army Air Corp as a glider pilot. He is preceded in death by his first wife, June Adkisson.

A private, family graveside service will be held on Monday, June 27, 2016, at Roane Memorial Gardens with Jess Rittenhouse, David Houston and Jeff Jenkins officiating. Kyker Funeral Home in Harriman is serving the Bilbrey family. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the West Hills Presbyterian Church.
