Husband Joseph Tatro (b 1815) Canada was listed as a laborer in Warrensburgh, Warren County, New York in 1850 and he and Olive had two children Julia Tato (b 1840 NY) and Rosana (b 1848 NY). By 1860 the family was in Kankakee, Illinois where Joseph was a day laborer, and they had Mary A (b. 1851 NY); George (b 1853 NY) and Cordelia (b. 1859 IL). By 1870 the family was in this area and Joseph was a farmer. He enlisted with the Illinois Co D 76th infantry 28, July 1862 and deserted 14, Nov 1862. Son William was born in Illinois in 1863 and Anthony in Indiana in 1865 as was Eli Tatro 12, October 1866. Joseph was a house mover at this time.
