Libby was a rescue kitten. We named her Liberty as the events of 9/11 had recently occurred. She had that unusual "Tortie" personality that those who have owned tortoiseshell cats may recognize.
She was born with a heart murmur that we were told might shorten her life and she had terrible allergies, but in spite of these issues she lived a full happy life.
She was a sweet, gentle cat and will be missed.
