Mr. Tagge was born in Manitowoc County August 15, 1875, and was married to Miss Tina Wagner on July 26, 1900. He was prominent in activities of the Catholics, being a member of the Catholic Knights of Columbus, No. 789. He was well known in the community.
Deceased is survived by his wife; four daughters, the Misses Teckla and Beatrice of Milwaukee and the Misses Arnella and Mary Rose at home; two brothers, Herman of Kiel and Robert of the town of Plymouth; four sisters, Mrs. Mathilda Saunders of Plymouth, Mrs. John Kretsch and Mrs. Peter Laux of Cleveland and Mrs. Henry Miller of Kiel.
