John "Jack" Adamczyk, 72 years old, died November 26, 2010. He was born on July 31, 1938 in Niagara Falls, the son of Stephen and the late Jean (Sliski) Adamczyk.

Jack attended Holy Trinity Parochial School, South Junior High School and graduated from Trott Vocational High School. On September 1, 1962, Jack was married to the former Marlene Walaszek. He served with the United States Naval Reserves from 1956 until 1963. Jack worked as an electrician at the former Hooker Chemical Corp. for 38 years and retired in 2000. He was a member of 7 Clan Bowmen, Woodmen of the World and was a Life Member of the AmVets Post 26. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and in his younger years enjoyed golfing, bowling and playing baseball.. In addition to his father, Jack is survived by his beloved wife, Marlene (Walaszek) Adamczyk; and his devoted children, Colleen (Spencer) Stewart of Niagara Falls, Steven Adamczyk of Panama City, FL and Mark (Sheryl) Adamczyk of California City, CA. He is survived by his grandchildren, Matthew, Catherine, Ellyse, Jacob and Hannah; his brother, Gerald Adamczyk of Buffalo; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Jack is survived by his sister-in-law, Sylvia (Paul) Pierini; and brothers-in-law, Kenneth (Ronda) Walaszek and John (Catherine) Walaszek..
