When he died on Oct 21, 1925 in Broadview, IL, his death certificate stated he was 23 years old and married, residing at 3351 Indiana Ave., Chicago, IL and that he was born in Alabama on Dec 6, 1901 the son of Carrow and Ada Cox and that he was buried at Lincoln Cemetery on Oct 24, 1925.
