John W. "Jack" Neumeyer, age 64, a Manitowoc resident, passed away on Friday, July 29, 2016 at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay.

Jack was born on March 20, 1952 in Manitowoc, son of the late Clarence and Virginia (Stueber) Neumeyer. He worked for Modark Chemical in Black Oak, IN. for several years. Jack loved to fish and always enjoyed the outdoors. He was talented at working with heavy machinery and liked to raise animals whether it may be a raccoon or a deer. In his free time, Jack enjoyed photography and taking pictures of whatever was around him. He adored his grandson above all else.

Survivors include one son: John Neumeyer Jr.; one grandson: Luke Neumeyer, both of Baraboo, WI; three brothers and two sisters-in-law: Thomas and Patricia Neumeyer, CA, James Neumeyer, Kewaunee, Dale and Carolyn Neumeyer, Cato; three sisters and four brothers-in-law: Jane and Ronald Fallier Sr., Cato, Denise and Kurt Sikes, Franklin, IN, Bonnie and Milan Trisic, Crown Point, IN, Robert Benson, Hobart, IN. Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by his mother and father; his step-mother: Lillian Neumeyer; one brother: Robert C. Neumeyer; one sister: Kim Benson; one nephew: Angel Trisic; and one special friend: Nicki Carver.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 5, 2016 at St. Francis of Assisi on Waldo, Manitowoc. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be the Rev. David Beaudry with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.

The family will greet relatives and friends on Thursday, August 4, 2016 at the Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, from 4:00 p.m. until the time of a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. The visitation will continue on Friday, August 5, 2016 at St. Francis of Assisi on Waldo, Manitowoc, from 9:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m.
