SOULER, RUTH N. (HUNT) 95, of Cranston died September 16, 2016 in her home. She was the wife of the late Roy Allen Souler. Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Alice (Schnorr) Hunt and sister of the late Eleanor Arnold. Ruth was a parishioner of St. David's on the Hill, Cranston, and was also a member of the Meshanticut Garden Club. She loved spending time at her home on Echo Lake with her family.
She is survived by her son, Richard A. Souler and his wife Paula of North Kingstown; two daughters, Allyson S. Castergine and her husband Jay of HoHoKus, NJ, and Sharon S. Chisholm and her husband Thomas of Allendale, NJ; seven grandchildren, Brett Chisholm and his wife Christine, Keri Gmiterek and her husband Mike, Kimberly St. Ours and her husband Mark, Lauren Taylor and her husband Tom, Dana Duffy and her husband Sean, Leigh Castergine and Matt Arizin, and Glenn Castergine; thirteen great grandchildren, Braden, Michaela, Connor, Kacie, Tyler, Lexie, Corbin, Callie, Mason, Austin, Declan, MacKenzie, and Dean.
