Second Lieutenant Kulick served with the
356th Bomb Squadron, 302nd Bomb Group at
Wendover Field, Utah.

He was one of six airmen who perished
when U.S. Army Air Corps B-24D Liberator
#41-11695 crashed on the Bonneville Salt
Flats, northeast of the Wendover airfield.

Son of Mary (Dribnak) Kulick, immigrant
of Czechoslovakia.
Lived at 890 Ewing Street, Washington,
Pennsylvania.

The other crew members killed were:

Ralph E Dobrusky
Clarence L Hanson
Alfred E Lutz
John L McNeill
Walter M Lee
