Daniel 2 Matthew 1 ) was born in Weymouth, Mass., in 1750. [bap. 22 Sep 1751]
He married, 22 Sept., 1774, (pub. 14 Aug., 1774), Mary,
daughter of Joseph and Hannah (Bicknell) Burrell. She
was born in Weymouth. He died 8 Sept., 1824. Lived
in Weymouth. Served as private in Capt. Asa White's
Co., in 1775, also as Sergeant in Capt. Jacob Gould's Co.,
Col. John Greaton's regt. the same year. He went to
Canada with Arnold's Expedition. Is said to have resided
in Sutherland, Mass., from 1779 to 1785.

i. Warren, b. 9 Dec, 1777.
ii. Mary, b. 31 Aug., 1780. [b. Sunderland]
iii. Betsey, b. 5 Dec, 1781. [b. Sunderland]
iv. William, b. 20 March, 1784. [b. Sunderland]
v. Er [Earl Jr], b. 28 Jan., 1786 ; m. and had a daughter, Clarissa Amelia, who m., 25 May, 1S34, Samuel M. Odiorne, b. in Portsmouth, N. H., in 1809.
vi. Josiah, b. 9 Dec, 1789.
vii. John, b. 25 Nov., 1792.
