Carl C. Krebs, 61, of 1829 E. Converse Ave., an employee of Werner Motors Inc. for the past four years, died at 11 p.m. Thursday, April 18, 1974, at his home.

Mr. Krebs was born in Springfield, the son of Victor and Mathilda Griech Krebs.

For many years, he was a driver for the IKC, Night Hawk and Hayes Freight Lines.

Mr. Krebs was a member of St. Aloysius Church and Teansters local Union No. 916.

Surviving are his wife, Viola; one daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Redfern; one son, C. Joseph; and one stepdaughter, Mrs. Shirley West, all of Springfield; six sisters, Mrs. Ceil Samonds of Dawson, Mrs. Agnes Burt, Mrs. Hedwig Vose, Mrs. Martha Connolly and Mrs. Bertha Richards, all of Springfield; and Mrs. Helen Strainis of R.R. 1, Riverton.

Services were at Staab Funeral Home.

Burial was in Calvary Cemetery.
