Funeral services will be conducted from St. Peter's Roman Catholic church this afternoon at 3 o'clock and interment will follow in the Catholic cemetery.
Mrs. Emlyn was well known in Columbia and her death will bring sorrow to a number of friends both in the city and the surrounding country.
The Columbia woman leaves three daughters; Mrs. Viola Fickling and Miss Kattie Emlyn, both of Columbia and Mrs. Thomas B. Jackson of Jacksonville, Fla. She also leaves one son, Edwin Emlyn of Columbia. Besides her children, Mrs. Emlyn is survived by one sister, Mrs. E. Branigan of Greenville, and four brothers, the Rev. L. E. Ford, of Aiken, William Ford and Jasper Ford, both of Columbia, and Charlie Ford of Jacksonville.
