Mother: Deborah Price∼Daughter of Joseph W & Debra Ann Price Clements, she & her twin sister were born on the plains of Nebraska as her mother and 10 year old brother trekked with the Mormon Pioneers to Utah.
Following her parents divorce, her mother married Samuel Turnbow (1804-1890) in 1854 when Letitia was two years old.
After the death of her mother in 1858 she was raised by the Turnbow family.
She never married and spent much of her later adult life in the state mental institution where her nephew, Edward Clements and other family members would visit her.
