Jennetta Jo Williams, 83, of Indianapolis, passed away August 28, 2016. The daughter of Charles and Sylvia Coghill Johnston, Jennetta was born November 12, 1932 in Carrollton, Kentucky.

For 28 years, she worked as a clerk with the U.S. Postal Service.

Survivors include her sons, Michael L. (Marcia) Williams of Martinsville, Charles H. (Wanda) Williams of Beech Grove, James D. (Melba) Williams of Poland, Robert D. (Brenda) Williams of Indianapolis and Brian S. Williams of Indianapolis; sister, Dixie K. Thomas of Kokomo; 12 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Louis D. Williams, her daughter, Connie L. Chestnut and brother, Charles Johnston.

No services are being held. Inurnment will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, Greenwood. Forest Lawn Funeral Home, Greenwood entrusted with arrangements.
