Mary C. Bame, 38, of Findlay, Monday evening in Blanchard Valley Hospital.
She was born March 26, 1946, in Fostoria, to Virgil M. and Matilda (Hoepf) Gase. Her father and step-mother Grace Gase survive in Fostoria. She married William W. Bame on April 25, 1965 and he survives.
Also surviving are four sons; William W., Jonathon H, David H. and Robert S., all at home; three brothers, Robert J. Gase and William E. Gase, both of Fostoria, George Charles Gase of San Diego, CA; and three sisters, Virginia Gase, Tiffin, Mrs. Jan (Kathleen Ann) Miller and Mrs. Jack (Betty) Brink, both of Findlay.
Mrs. Bame was a dental technician for Charles H. Spragg & Associates. She was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church, Findlay, where she taught Confraternity of Christian Doctrine classes, and was a member of the Koinionia Group of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church.
Services will be at 10 a.m. at St. Michael's Catholic Church East, Findlay, the Rev. John Missler officiating. Burial will be in St. Wendelin Cemetery.
Visitation will be after 2 p.m. today at Coldren-Crates Funeral Home, Findlay, where Scripture services will be conducted at 7 p.m. today.
