The only daughter of Bessie and Tom Arfons, Lou was the sister of Arthur Arfons, and half-sister of Walter and Dale Arfons. She was married first to serviceman Felix A. Joswick, with whom she corresponded while he was in the Army Air Forces during WW2. Widowed in 1960, she was later married to Bernard E. Wolfe. Her ashes are in the same grave as Bernard's ashes.
