June 5, 1923 - August 30, 2016

Salem - Anna Anderson, 93, passed away Friday, August 30th in Salem. Anna was born June 5, 1923 in Saskatchewan, Canada to parents Adam and Lena Mack Ziebart. She was one of 12 siblings. Anna was a foster parent to 14 children over the years. She worked as a Row Boss in the strawberry fields and also at the school system for 40 years. She retired at age 80, and never missed a day of work!! She loved going to bingo and the horse races with her sister. She enjoyed baking, especially cinnamon rolls. She lived with her niece for the past 6 years.

Anna is preceded in death by her husband, Harold and three daughters. She is survived by two siblings, Vera Kuper and Roy Ziebart; 7 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 22 great-great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm, Saturday, September 17th at Belcrest Memorial Park. Assisting the family is Virgil T. Golden Funeral Service.
