Lake- Services for Juanita Hollingsworth, 81, who died Saturday, April 15, 2006, at her residence in Lake, were held at 1 p.m. Monday,April 17, 2006, at Sharon Primitive Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery. Elders George Gardner and B.T. Strum officiated. Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Forest was in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Hollingsworth was a native of Newton County and had been a resident of Lake all her life. She was a member of Sharon Primitive Baptist Church in Lake.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Elder Winifred Hollingsworth; her daughter, Wanda Dianne Hollingsworth; and one great grandchild, Emma Elise Glaze.
Survivors include her daughter, Cheryl Horn of Lake; son, Buddy Hollingsworth of Lake; two sister, Ethel Church of Pelahatchie and Ernestine Dalier of Baton Rouge, La.; five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
