Sept. 5, 1755, at Newington, Conn.; Mrs. Dorothy (Whittlesey) Averill d. July 12, 1824. Col. Averill m. 2d, Dec. 8, 1824, Wid. Sarah Turrell of New Milford, Conn. She d. March 19, 1830. Col. Perry Averill d. July 10, 1842.
