The Virginia Pilot Fri Dec 4, 2015 - Frances Crinkles Parrish - Frances Crinkles Parrish of Windsor, VA was the happy wife of Bobby Doughty until he passed in 1973. In 1979 she found love again and married David Parrish. She had four children, Robin, Mark, Tracy, and Lisa, and David has three children, David, Bobby, and Jodi; 10 grandchildren Logan, Meredith, Hallie, Lauren, Hunter, Dylan, Brook, Jake, Josh and Seth and five great grandchildren. She enjoyed a happy peaceful life of whitewate canoeing, fishing, and family and flower gardening. The funeral will be graveside at 1 pm on Saturday, Dec 5, 2015 at Forest Lawn Cemetery, 8100 Granby street, Norfolk, VA 23505. Following the funeral there will be gathering at her home. Services are under the care of Smith and Williams Funeral Home
