He leaves to cherish his memories; his wife Celestine Sutton Coleman of Greensburg, LA; two daughters: Willie Mae Coleman Fults (Gerome) of Clinton, LA; Edna J. Coleman Dewitt of Baltimore, MD; two sons: Walter Coleman, Jr. (Zola) of Greensburg, LA; and Charles Coleman (Patricia) of Baton Rouge, LA; one sister Elsie Shinn of Caledonia, MS; and one brother, L.C. Lloyd (Shelia) of Chicago, IL., 14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, and friends. Two sons: Wardell Coleman and Johnny Coleman; two sisters and 11 brothers all preceded him in death.
