Mattie Buller, 83, of Farmington, passed from this life on Thursday, Dec. 21, 2006, in Farmington. Mattie was born May 3, 1923, in Aztec, to Lula and Edward Perry. She was married to Ray C. Buller for 48 years.
Mattie was an excellent mother and homemaker, and an active member of the First Assembly of God Church in Farmington. She was a charter member of the church for 65 plus years. She loved to travel and embroidery, and enjoyed caring for animals. Mattie will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Melvin Buller; and brother, Commadore Perry.
Mattie is survived by her sons, Camon Buller and wife, Bettye, Neil Buller and wife, Vanda, Don Buller and wife, Yvette, and Kent Buller; daughters, Darla Dunn and Melody Buller; 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. today, Saturday, Dec. 23, at Cope Memorial Chapel in Farmington.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 26, at First Assembly of God Church, 1500 Fairview Ave. in Farmington, with Pastor R. Dewayne Bardwell officiating. She will then be laid to rest at Memory Gardens of Farmington.
Pallbearers are her grandsons Kyle Buller, Shawn Buller, Joshua Buller, Kenneth Dunn, Jonathan Dunn and Ryan Ford.
