Mr. Bloss was born in Sheffield, Pennsylvania, on June 25, 1923, the son of the late Henry James Bloss Sr. and the late Freda Gertsch Bloss.
He was a supervisor having retired from Royston LLC and was a member of the Royston First United Methodist Church.
Mr. Bloss was a United States Air Force veteran having served during World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Pearl Kelley Bloss of Royston, Georgia; a daughter, Sharon Bloss Jones of Tyrone, Georgia; two sisters, Mary Bloss Meadows of Waynesboro and Teresa Bloss Orlando of Madeira Beach, Florida; and four grandchildren.
Memorial services for Mr. Bloss will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, January 15, 2011, at the Royston First United Methodist Church with the Reverend Mac Enfinger officiating.
The family will receive friends from 10 until 11 a.m. Saturday, January 15, 2011, at the Royston First United Methodist Church.The family is at the home.
